A one-person studio making tools for one person at a time.

The studio started from a complaint. Every planner worth using was built for a team of twelve and then sold to a person of one, so the person of one inherited sprints they never planned, assignees who were always themselves, and a status field whose only reader had written it that morning.

Stripping that out is not a feature. It is the whole design. Take away the coordination layer and what is left has to answer a harder question, which is what one person actually needs to see on a Tuesday. Glydin is one answer. Margins is the answer for the reading half of the same day.

One person builds both, which sets the pace and sets the quality bar in the same move. Nothing ships to make a quarter. Nothing gets a growth team. The work goes out when it is right, and when it is wrong the person who broke it is the person reading the mail about it.

The company is Impossible Bits LLC, registered and run from Puerto Rico. It takes no investment, so it answers to the people who use the tools and to nobody else. That is not a moral position. It is an org chart with one box in it.

What happens next is narrow on purpose: finish Margins, keep Glydin honest, and add a third thing only when the first two need nothing.
